equipment from manufacturers that stand behind their product. Salon Equipment International does not substitute
lesser quality equipment in place of name brand items. Our sales staff will give you accurate information and advise
about our lines of equipment and furniture, allowing you to choose the equipment that best suits your needs. We
want you to have the best equipment available that suits your budget, and we will not up sell you or pressure you
into equipment that you don't need.
Salon Equipment International will honor all warranties and guarantees made by the manufacturer and will help facilitate
any claims made by the customer. In addition, we will make available extended warranties above and beyond those
made by the manufacturer. Please consult your sales representative regarding extended warranties. Any disputes
that may arise will be handled in a timely fashion.
Due to the fact that we deal with a wide variety of beauty salon and spa equipment manufacturers, delivery times
of equipment will vary. We will not mislead you regarding delivery times, and will help you plan the arrival of
your equipment to best suit your schedule.
